What does a data governance audit cover?
We examine how financial technology platforms manage ownership, lineage, retention, transfers, and privileged access for in-scope data domains. Scope is agreed in writing before fieldwork begins.
Do you certify compliance or issue licences?
No. Clouddatapro provides independent audit findings and remediation priorities. We do not issue regulatory licences, certifications, or legal opinions.
How do engagements usually start?
Send a short note describing your product, the data domains under pressure, and any partner or regulator deadline. We reply with proposed scope, timeline, and informational pricing.
Will you need production access?
Most reviews use read-only or sampled evidence: configuration exports, policy documents, access logs, and walkthroughs with system owners. We never process payments or change production controls ourselves.
Are prices on the site final quotes?
Prices are informational starting points in Hong Kong dollars. Final fees depend on system count, data domains, and urgency, confirmed in a proposal. This site does not take payment.
Can you work with overseas group entities?
Yes, when Hong Kong platforms share data with group or vendor systems abroad. Cross-border transfer audits are designed for that pattern.
